Optional Equipment

Model: ABLD-1200 Automatic Bottle Loader
Description: The Automatic Bottle Loader is equipped with bottle spacer. Bottles are indexed and then accurately loaded into the push bar where each bottle is held by one pocket. It loads 900 bottles per minute, which works seamlessly with our 1200 BPH Water Bottling Plant equipment.

Automatic bottle loading with bottle spacing device through the carrier pockets driven by the pneumatic cylinders .

- Bottles automatic fixed at the carrier rings which holding the bottles on the neck while bottles are turning upside down by carrier pockets.

Bottles are transferred from conveyor belt to the entrance of the system, where

Model: DCP-1200 Decapper
Description: The DCP-1200 automatically removes 1200 caps per minute from the 3, 5 or 6-gallon bottles.

When a bottle enter the decapper, the decapper arm reaches down and clamps onto the cap. After the grip is tightened, the arm move upward to remove the cap completely off the bottle. When the arm moves back to the original start position, the gripper loosens. A stream of pressured air then blows the caps into collection bin as they drop down from the dripper. The process is controlled by PLC.
