TheTT1200 Table Top Labeler is designed for small to medium-sized operators who want to easily and accurately label up to 25 round containers per minute. The system applies full, overlap and partial wrap pressure sensitive labels on 350ml (12OZ) up to 4 litre (1 gallon) containers.

The system is simple to use and requires no special operator training, a new operator can be up to full speed in virtually no time.

The microprocessor controls ensure the labels are placed accurately and consistently on the containers. The system also features a minimum of adjustments to simplify operation.

The label dispensing speed and bottle rotating speed are two of the primary adjustments.Changeovers to different labels are also quick, easy and no special tools are required. Most changeovers can be accomplished in only a few minutes with minimal adjustments.

To operate the system, the empty container is first placed on the Horizontal Alignment Carriage which rotates the bottle. The foot switch is then depressed and a label is dispensed and automatically wrapped on the bottle.

The TT1200 features an electronic sensor that prevents the next label from being dispensed until the foot switch is released and depressed again. This feature guards against wasted and/or damaged labels. The labeled container is then replaced by a new unlabeled container, and the process is repeated.

The TTl200 is affordable and compact. It is designed to sit on a table top close to your bottle supply and your conveyor or filler. An optional stainless steel floor stand is also available to complete the package.

The TTl200 features rugged, corrosion-resistant polished stainless steel which provides durability and virtually maintenance-free operation even in harsh environments. The system's two electrical motors are gear driven for a long, durable and trouble-free life.
