The first major component of the SpectraPak system is the BR3000 Automatic Bottle Rinser.

The BR3000 Bottle Rinser is one of the most versatile medium speed rinsers available anywhere. It is designed to effectively and internally rinse up to 50 bottles per minute. It is ideal for rinsing bottles ranging in size from 12 oz (335 ml) up to one gallon (3.8 litres) in virtually any shape - round or square.

The BR3000 Rinser is mounted on inlet conveyor of the filler or it can be supplied with its own free-standing conveyor. The computerized controls are both reliable and allow you to match the speed of the Rinser to virtually any inlet conveyor speed.

The optical sensors ensure smooth and trouble free operation. If the flow of bottles into the BR3000 Rinser is interrupted, the system will pause automatically until the supply of bottles is resumed - there is no water wasted while bottles are unavailable.

The bottles are loaded onto the inlet conveyor or an optional Automatic Rotary Feed Table and are then transported to the rinser.

The BR3000 is designed to rinse up to 8 / 350 ml (12 ounce) to 500 (16 ounce) ml bottles, or up to 6 / 1 liter (32 ounce) or 2.0 (64 ounce) liter bottles during each cycle. During this process, a pair of electronic optical sensors counts the bottles as they enter the Bottle Clamping Mechanism.

Once the sensors have counted the appropriate number of bottles (either 8 or 6 depending upon bottle diameter) the Clamping Mechanism closes and locks the bottles into position.

Once in place, the bottles are rotated with a continuous motion, computer controlled AC drive motor arm that is designed for years of safe and reliable operation.

The bottles are turned upside down, where they are internally rinsed with either product or operations water. High pressure nozzles direct the water or inside the bottles for an effective rinsing operation.

The bottles drain and are then turned right-side up and repositioned on the inlet conveyor where they are released from the Clamping Mechanism and fed into the BF3000 Automatic Bottle Filler.

The entire operation of this system is automatic, complete and simple. The Plexiglas top panel allows the operator to monitor operation at all times and the digital LED display, offers precise operating instructions and immediate troubleshooting information at a quick glance.

After the bottles have been properly rinsed they are conveyed to the BF3000 Automatic Bottle Filler.
