The BM-600 is the first compact and small scale blow-molding machine made exclusively in the US. The system is ideal for companies whose requirements were previously thought to be too small for in-house blow molding systems. The equipment is reliable and heavy duty enough to operate for two to three shifts per day.

The blow molding system can be designed in a modular fashion to produce as few as 600 BPH or up to 3000 BPH. Each BM-600 unit will produce up to 600, 335 ml to 2 liter bottles per hour in virtually any shape or dimension you desire.

The BM-600 system uses PET "preforms" that are blown into the desired shape and size bottles. The preforms look like test tubes used in laboratories except they are threaded on the top. The threads are "preformed",(hence the preform name) for the cap to screw on to ensure a good and tight seal after the bottle is filled and the cap is tightened.

The preforms are very compact, unlike the bottles that are normally shipped. A 40' trailer will hold approximately 500,000 preforms. The preforms are available from a variety of suppliers.

The BM-600 can be easily adapted to blow mold any type of bottle: square, round, triangular, etc, depending on your specific needs.
