Bottles
enter the filling area where, like the BR3000
Rinser, either 8 or 6 bottles are counted, one at a time,
by a pair of electronic optical sensors and locked into place
prior to filling.
Once
locked into position by the pneumatically operated Bottle Clamping
Device, the filling process begins.
This
device ensures that the bottles are positioned correctly under
each filling head, thus reducing any over or under fill and also
virtually eliminates spillage of water onto the conveyor.
The
filler is designed based upon a consistent gravity flow / pressure
method. Product water is delivered to the stainless steel holding
tank where it awaits for the filling process to initiate.
The
controls of the BF3000 are located at easy viewing heights to
monitor the system at a glance. The LED digital readout allows
for quick assessment of the operation of the system.
When
the bottles are in place the Water Flow Control Bar automatically
opens and water begins to flow through a set of 8 stainless steel
fill nozzles.
These
nozzles are specifically sized to allow for maximum water flow
through the smallest sized orifice possible. This helps to control
product overfill and promotes a more consistent water level in
the bottle.

Once
the bottles have been filled to their correct level, the Water
Flow Control Bar closes all 8 filling nozzles at the same time
and finishes the filling process for that series of bottles.
The
filled bottles are then released from the Bottle Clamping Device
and directed to the capping and labeling phase of the process.
The
BF3000 is constructed of 316 stainless steel, solid state electronics
and approved food grade materials to provide for the best tasting
and most reliable water around.
